Sometimes a debtor is simply not able to pay and in some cases it will then be advisable to you to at least receive a part of your money quickly in stead of awaiting a lengthy court case.

• JKW Incasso’s service is completely free to customers! There are no contracts, filing costs, percentages, or fees charged after the ending of a case. This is possible because JKW Incasso operates according to the slogan ‘the debtor pays it all’. Even when at some point your debt appears to be uncollectible, you pay nothing. Hence, you can also safely file your small debts at our agency without the risk of losing money to fees.

• In order to become one of our customers, you don’t need to sign a temporal contract. Customers only work on a case-to-case basis with JKW Incasso, without further duty. Furthermore, before filing your debt you can always receive expert judicial advice. All in all, JKW Incasso’s customers enjoy a maximum of freedom.
